Artist studio by the river
An exquisite 17th century dovecote house, positioned right by the riverbank of Seine on the beautiful mature gardens, the studio offers superb views over the river.
Situated within the walls of a larger property that once formed part of the grounds of the local Château, it was used as an atelier by French orientalist painter, Etienne Dinet, who resided here in the late 19th century.
The studio, most suitable for those working in two dimensions, has beautiful marble floors, high ceiling and large original windows providing the light-filled spaciousness.
The studio is in close proximity to the main house where you have your private room and access to kitchen and living quarters. Be our guest – see if our residency program is right for you!
